3. Put a support email link for your clients to see on your website for the issues which could not be addressed or resolved by your FAQ page. However, make sure that your support team would be able to reply and address their concerns within 24 hours to create a good impression on your existing and potential clients.

4. You can also provide a forum or a message board where customer can voice out their opinion, give comments and suggestions and interact with their fellow customers. This would be an efficient way for them to communicate their ideas and proposals without having to exert too much effort. This would also help in creating a community of users who have a say in whatever products and services you are providing.

5. Also make sure that each email that is sent to each client would be personal and not seem like a bunch of canned text. This is so that even if there is no face-to-face contact or transaction done, they would feel that they are actually dealing with a human being and just a computer system. When a customer purchases any product or signs up for any service, make sure that you would be sending an email message of appreciation, which also has some essential information on how to contact you for any after-sales support.
